Throughout the workshop, participants can expect to develop a deep understanding of the principles, techniques, and applications of Chi Sau, also known as “sticky hands.” They will learn how to effectively bridge the gap between themselves and their opponents, cultivate sensitivity and reflexes, and gain insights into the flow and energy of combat.

Under the guidance of experienced instructors, attendees will engage in various partner drills, the 7 Sections and exercises to enhance their ability to read and respond to their adversary’s movements, ultimately refining their martial arts skills and cultivating a heightened sense of body control and spatial awareness.
